As many of you are reaching out asking for a delivery date, we want to send you a quick update. We have 1300 backer orders across two crowdfunding platforms that we need to fulfill. We are slightly behind fulfilling the schedule as we are processing all of the orders at our home with two people. Between the two platforms, we have processed close to a quarter of all orders so far. We’ll continue to ramp up and fulfill as quickly as we could. Thank you for your patience thus far.

Happy holidays! Great news! We received the 1300 units of power banks in our place last week. We have already started shipping out the rewards via USPS since last week. Some of you guys may already have received the packages. When your package has been shipped out, you'll receive an email containing your USPS tracking number from Backerkit or Shopify. If you have not received an email from us, it means that we’re still processing your orders, but have not shipped out yet.

We’d like to give you a quick update about the product shipment. Last week, our 1300 units shipped through ocean freight reached the California port. Having already been offloaded from the container ship, they are ready to be picked up by FedEx and to be cleared at customs. The products will then be shipped to us for fulfillment. We already have the shipping label printer, shipping labels, and bubble mailers stock and ready to go.
At the current rate, it’s possible that a few US backers could receive their products by Christmas, but the rest of the backers will have to wait till after New Year. This is only an estimation. We’ll provide another update once we have more information.
